President/Estimator
Charles Klutts has thirty-three years in the painting and wallcovering field. Charles worked for a large commercial painting contractor as a general superintendent, project manager and estimator for ten years prior to becoming a subcontractor in 1985. He has vast experience in the application of all types of coatings and finishes.Charles has also been active in PDCA for many years and is now honored to be the vice-president of the PDCA Texas Council. To maintain the quality of his work, Charles keeps up with current regulations, and has completed his EPA RRP Lead Certification.
Manager of Operations
Nestor Rincon has ten years of experience in the painting field and has completed his EPA RRP Lead Certification. Prior to working for Charles Klutts Co. Nestor worked as a Sales Representative for Heritage Paint.
Office Manager
Kimberly Leverett has been working for Charles Klutts Co since 2011, she studied at The University of Houston and has over 20 years of office experience.
